Cristin Tighe (Simran Kaur) moved to Palm Beach in 2012 and is growing Kundalini Yoga here. She is a Teacher and Trainer for Kundalini Research Institute’s International Teacher Training program; and has advanced training in Conscious Pregnancy and Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga. Her experience and training in Anusara Yoga also influence her teaching. She owned Spiral Flight Yoga in DC for five years, then lived abroad (two years in Belgium, then three years in W. Africa, where she started Ghana Yoga! and offered trainings). She is a RYT-500, RPYT, RCYT; has been teaching since 2003, and traveled since 2005 offering trainings in the US, Europe and Africa.
