KUNDALINI YOGA IMMERSION WEEKEND - Open to all students at all levels! 12-14 November 2010
Guest Teacher -- Krishna Kaur Khalsa is from Los Angeles, CA, USA and is featured as one of the 25 most influential Yogis in the world in the new Titans of Yoga film (premiered in U.S. Sept. 1st)! She trained yoga teachers in Ghana in 2005-06, and returns to Accra regularly to share yoga.
Join this exploration of the art and science of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Humanology as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Experience yoga for well-being and health. Deepen your personal practice and brighten your spirit! An incredible opportunity to study in Ghana with a top yoga teacher! This weekend is open to all students and all levels. There are two registration prices, allowing everyone in Ghana to experience yoga with her, work exchange option too for those who need.
