Yoga with Cristin - starts Now in Accra!

Greetings Yoga Friends,

Happy to share that I will teach a few Kundalini Yoga classes in the next weeks, then regularly starting in early September. Thanks for your patience if you inquired awhile ago.

All levels welcome. Please bring water and a large towel or preferably mat (Game and Orca sell them). Do let me know before class about injuries, or women if you are pregnant (let me know a few days before you come.)

Tuesday 8:30-10am @ Orchid Gardens - 15 June, 22 June, 29 June & 6 July
10 cedis tuition donation minimum. Karma Yoga Accra (the project of Ana and Gretchen who regularly teach there) will donate funds to Ghana Yoga! (a website/future yoga center in Accra I am helping set up)

Please email me by prior Monday before 5pm to confirm you will attend and include your mobile #, as class may be canceled if there is rain.
Directions to Orchid Gardens: From Danquah Circle take the road directly across the road from Koala. You immediately pass the Great Wall Asian grocery on the right and then the police hospital on the left. Continue on this road past the Cantonments police station and Morningstar school. At Akufo-Addo Circle (former Cantonments Circle), take the first road off the circle. Continue on this road past the US Embassy on left. At the Embassy Circle, take the second road (as if you had driven directly across the circle). Stay to your left as the road forks. You will pass Twinkle Tots School on left and then Yaa Kobe Gardens on right. The compound after Yaa Kobe Gardens is Orchid Gardens. Enter the first gate and tell the guard you are there for yoga. Drive to your right, at the T turn left and at the end of the road there is a parking lot on your right by the tennis courts. Just past the pool is the outdoor covered pavilion for yoga.

Tuesday evenings, 7-8:30pm - 22 June, 29 June & 6 July
May teach regular yoga class at Pippa's Ringway, since Marina (my teacher there) is on holiday. If confirmed, will email details before and online: http://www.yogasimran.com/schedule.html

Wednesday evenings 7-8:30pm in Cantonments - 16 June, 23 June, 30 June & 7 July
15 cedis tuition donation per class, 40 cedis for all four classes, partial funds to Ghana Yoga! (a website and future yoga center in Accra)
