Yoga's gifts are immense.

Practice gives strength, flexibility and balance of body, mind and spirit, opening you to radiance and the possibility of connection to self (spirit). Poses bring inner peace, opening us to meditation's gifts. Yoga pwerfully heals what is not well on many integrated levels.

Simran is the state and act of deep meditation, moving from outside to within. Replacing negative thoughts with positive ones helps us master our minds, so each breath is a chance to connect.

Simran is a longingly creative feeling, where life flows—you care aware you can hold neutral and not react, so feel clear on what actions to take, and from within reveal your higher purpose.

Simran allows you to raise your consciousness, and grow awareness so your horizon widens—it connects you to the power of seva (selfless service), to being in the flow—then the universe provides all you need.

Finding peace with emotions, thoughts, and in our hearts, brings physical body and community healing.

To experience simran, we begin by practicing yoga.
